Therefore , we have tailored our cancellation & refund policies to accommodate the needs of our clients while maintaining the integrity and scheduling demand of our practice . To ensure a smooth experience, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation and refund policy outlined below. This policy applies to all our services and content.

1. One-on-One Counseling Sessions:

​

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Please note the following conditions:

Full Refund: Available if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Rescheduling: A fee of 200 INR applies for rescheduling, which must be done at least 24 hours prior to the booked slot.

No Show: No refunds will be issued for failing to show up for a scheduled appointment.

2. Guided Therapy Programs:

Our guided therapy programs include a series of structured one-on-one sessions and activity feedback designed to support clients through specific challenges such as depression.

Cancellation and Refund:

Full Refund: If cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before the start of the program.

After One Session: If you decide not to continue after attending the first session or submitting the first activity, you are eligible for an 80% refund of the total fees.

After Two Sessions: A 50% refund of the total fees is available after attending two sessions or submitting two activities.

After Three Sessions: No refunds can be made after the third session or subsequent activities.
